i have a lot of anger stress and saddness in me that i need to get out some way but i don’t know how.

i don’t want to self harm but that seams the only way i can get it out. Please help me find another way!!!

Self harm isn’t they way to go, What has worked for me in the past is going out into a field and screaming at the top of my lungs till I let it al out. U’d be amazed how much stress that can relieve.

no selfharm its not the right thing to do some times if you take up a fighting sport it really can help and you dont have to be good like boxing

Sport definately helps!!! I was once told by a doctor when i felt down that my physical attributes are of an athelete and if i dont do sport i will start to act like a caged tiger - without the freedom to run most will just sulk around inside there cage - im sure theres a metaphore in there somewhere :)

I always use writing to vent my emotions. It takes your mind off of what you were angry or upset about, and focuses on how to make it interesting :)

i selfharmed for good few years very close to death twice i got help it worked for that i started getting more help for abuse i went thro at 16 that ripped me apart im 23 now with 3 kids 2 dont see 1 im with with my partner deep down i know and admit i have a anger problem and stress sittin waiting i hate it makes me down alot but i keep it from coming out but it takes over been scared before i really need help hard makin first step

hi…i face the same anger stress and saddness problems… but you know what works miracles for me… MOSH PITS!! it is the perfect physical therapy.. try to go to a gig…a ska, punk, hardcore, thrash or a metal gig..they are cheap and fun…

in a mosh pit, you must move and there is a lot of commotion..this eliminates your saddness… then you don’t need to know how 2 dance in order to participate in it, thus, there goes your shyness if you have any…and at last… you ball up your fists, anger on one hand and your stress on the other and jump in the mosh pit…you can swing wildly (don’t recommend because some people get insulted by this), or you just ball both fist and keep them by your chest as you wing your elbows and shove randomly into the mosh pit… you’ll be push and hit everywhere..and if you fall, they’ll pick you up..you’ll lose sight of everything…and don’t worry..you won’t feel a thing because your going to get to hyper… once you finish..you’ll feel like no one can beat you and like if u on top of the world..
