I am not sure that this is the correct dept I need for help?

I installed & paid for the pogo game Chuzzle. The payment went through the registration number went through but not able to load the game because of an error msg.
Access violation at 0 x 00 46E31D (tried to read from 0 x 00000000
program terminated.

Help somebody!!!
