computer files are out of place!

I went to listen to my music on iTunes and the music wouldn’t work.. i found out somehow the files got misplaced into a folder in my pictures folder.. i clicked it and found even more music folders.. it was crazy.. like there’s about 36 music folders in my pictures folder! So i tried to moves my music back into the music folder but an error message saying file names are too long to be moved keps popping up.. how in the world do i fix it.. please help me!!

Oh boy. I’m trying to remember, because I’ve dealt with this before. If I remember correctly, there are some Internet Explorer files that don’t belong on the system after an update, and if they don’t get removed cause problems like this…

Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to poke around too much at the moment. Hopefully someone else can spring to the rescue, Jen!

Jennifer, listen up! This is what you do!

1. Delete all the list of music titles in Itunes. Delete all of them that has an exclamation point (!) in front.

2. Now go to the folder where your music is, and drag them back to Itunes, then they will work =].
