I am sixteen years old and due to my family circumstances I moved to Pakistan.

I studied the O’Level syste there for two years. Howver, due to my father’s abusive behaviour have returned to England without completing my GCSE. Now, that I have returned I have been advised to complete my GCSE’s in college however, colleges only admit sixteen year olds re-taking GCSE’s. Please advise me what to do and where to go?
