i used to have a passion for music and now it’s gone. i’m becoming apathetic towards all parts of life. please someone help

ive been feeling apathetic for the past month..it really sucks.
i havent lost my passion for music, but very musically confused..im pretty open about what i listen to and go throw genre phases, but i dont know what genre will make me feel better. and it makes me anxious so now anxietys worse

have you had any change recently?
or maybe you havent and you’ve gotten bored?

Consult with a psychiatrist. This sounds like normal clinical depression to me.

thanks. i do have a boyfriend, and he’s great, but we are having a little bit of a rough time right now. he quit his job at a local convenience store but is working as a detention officer. he just started this month, and he doesn’t have any money till the last day of this month. the upside he loves his job at the jail. he’s really worried, and this makes me depressed even more because he won’t let me help.
