Im a 36yr.

old woman in phila. in desperate need of a place to stay. iam a heart patient diagnosed with chf,severe cardiomyopathy. at the present time i live with my boyfriend. he dosnt help at all. due to my condition my daily activities are very hard for me to do and im afraid that if i dont move away from this invironment that my health will be compromised even more. is there anyone who could help me?
