I cannot get in my aol email and the correction seems

to be that aol has emailed me the link to change my password, only I cannot get into my email, so I obviously cannot get this link. If I could get in, I wouldn’t need the link. Somewhere it also stated they would have sent the info to an “alternative email” I would have provided. I did NOT provide an alternative email. I cannot speak with anyone at AOL, I only get recorded instructions which send me in loops all around the AOL site. I want to access my MY email. How do I get into my AOL email, I’m sure I’m using the correct address and password. It worked yesterday morning, and then I was locked out. HELP.
