1000 calories a day , no sugar and workout every other day like a maniac for 90 minutes !!!!! In 30 days , a new you !
you should do what you did in track and feild
I lost ten pounds already on this easy diet:
protein, no carbs, no sweets, no soda, no chips
That’s all. Try it. So no candy, soda, bread, or “junk food”, really. It works!
Also, depends on your weight, don’t expect to lose loads of weight if you don’t have weight to lose, for example.

So you just ate protein or did you also eat veggies and fruit? Oh and what about oatmeal?
Depends, for oatmeal- I’m not sure about the carbs in that, check it out.
I’m sure a little would be fine, in moderation.
Some vegetables, sorry, forgot to add that, and some fruit is ok too.
Try to stay away from starchy veggies like corn and potatoes, though. Greens are best.
And the most important thing, I forgot to add, is WATER. LOADS of it. If you don’t like water, like me, get a simple additive like Crystal Light.
Just wondering how long did it take for you to lose weight? I want to lose some at least before school start back up
you must find out what your metabolic heart rate is. The beats per minute you need to be at to burn fat. keep that up for at least 20 minutes three times a week and lower you calorie intake by 300 a day. a safe metabolic enhancer couldnt hurt either. there are some safe ones out there.
It sounds as if you have already found a way that worked for you and made you feel good: the track and field. I would look into opportunities to either recreate some of the training on your own outside the season, or find a place that offers (part of it) indoors.
well thats why your not loosing weight!! You’ve got no energy to exersize because your living off snacks!!
So your bodys creating natural fats and using up what you have to make sure you dont pass out.
Eat healthy meals!! have like, small bowl of pasta. Or some chicken breast and rice. Tomato Soup, plate of veggies. Fruit or cereals for breakfast. Fruit with a brown bread sandwhich for lunch.
Your body will be healthy, be a natrual figure/weight. Your hair skin and nails will look brilliant. Your eyes will be healthy. And you’ll have lots of energy and feel great.
Small snacks…is the most silliest thing people do when they try to lose weight, just because its not much doesn’t mean its better for you. Its better to have a small healthy meal then a snack!!
Also, make sure your excersize is cardiovascular. search into google “cardivascular exercises” and then you can do stuff whilst watching tv etc…

God water is amazing when you are trying to be healthy..if you drink loads of water one day, i find you wake up the next day feeling a million dollars!! and then you start drinking the water all over again…and it makes your body feel and look amazing. its also good for your skin hair and nails.
If your skinny and pale and look undernourished-you look ill and NOT attractive at all. So just decide what you want.
Look at my picure…i’m 9stone. Not skinny. But thin and healthy and i still eat my pizza lol.
Yes, water rules. And to answer your question, I have lost 15 pounds in 15 days. Hard to believe, and pretty ironic, but yeah, just about 2 weeks.
Exercise, water, and healthy meals are the key to success.
you say that not eating is not healthy you can drink alot of water. i did it and i wore a size 13 now my oants don’t fit.
Hello my fellow friends..
I have been reading all of these suggestions.. and so, i have a few for you..
This is the how you can lose weight in about 2 - 3 weeks :
1. don’t eat anything exept for a few friuts or veggies and water
2. walk about a mile two each day ( I know, It’s alot.. I think )
3. DO NOT eat ANY junk food. (inclueding bread.)
See, I used to be REALLY skinny and active, but now that i’m growing up, I find that I am more mature, and others do too. So thats why I am slowing down on my activeness,if thats even a word, and I gained a few pounds. So i REALLY want to be thin again like I used to. I HATE waking up in the morning and looking at myself in the mirror as a bigger person.
im gonna try to eat an dring
bREAKFAST-WATER..oatmeal
Lunch-chicken noddle soup (NOT ROMAN NODDLE) and a bottel of work
before dinner a nother water
Dinner- something of your choice …bottle water
at night ill choose to run 15 min or workout for 25 min
cardio will burn fat…
I will let you know how much i lost in 2 weeks on JUNE 26, 2009
