you must find out what your metabolic heart rate is. The beats per minute you need to be at to burn fat. keep that up for at least 20 minutes three times a week and lower you calorie intake by 300 a day. a safe metabolic enhancer couldnt hurt either. there are some safe ones out there.
It sounds as if you have already found a way that worked for you and made you feel good: the track and field. I would look into opportunities to either recreate some of the training on your own outside the season, or find a place that offers (part of it) indoors.
well thats why your not loosing weight!! You’ve got no energy to exersize because your living off snacks!!
So your bodys creating natural fats and using up what you have to make sure you dont pass out.
Eat healthy meals!! have like, small bowl of pasta. Or some chicken breast and rice. Tomato Soup, plate of veggies. Fruit or cereals for breakfast. Fruit with a brown bread sandwhich for lunch.
Your body will be healthy, be a natrual figure/weight. Your hair skin and nails will look brilliant. Your eyes will be healthy. And you’ll have lots of energy and feel great.
Small snacks…is the most silliest thing people do when they try to lose weight, just because its not much doesn’t mean its better for you. Its better to have a small healthy meal then a snack!!
Also, make sure your excersize is cardiovascular. search into google “cardivascular exercises” and then you can do stuff whilst watching tv etc…

I’m sure a little would be fine, in moderation.
Some vegetables, sorry, forgot to add that, and some fruit is ok too.
Try to stay away from starchy veggies like corn and potatoes, though. Greens are best.
And the most important thing, I forgot to add, is WATER. LOADS of it. If you don’t like water, like me, get a simple additive like Crystal Light.
God water is amazing when you are trying to be healthy..if you drink loads of water one day, i find you wake up the next day feeling a million dollars!! and then you start drinking the water all over again…and it makes your body feel and look amazing. its also good for your skin hair and nails.
If your skinny and pale and look undernourished-you look ill and NOT attractive at all. So just decide what you want.
Look at my picure…i’m 9stone. Not skinny. But thin and healthy and i still eat my pizza lol.
You’re not going to lose weight if you don’t eat meals. You can only boost your metabolism so much by exercise, but without meals, those healthy snacks are going to hinder you. The less you eat, the less weight you lose!
So eat normal meals, brekkie (cereal maybe? scrambled egg?) something light at 11ish if you get peckish, lunch, dinner, (plenty of veg, and fishes and meats). Got ittt? You need to look at WHAT you eat, now how much you eat.
The track season may be gone, but that doesn’t stop you going for a jog round your neighbourhood. Do it!
Don’t do the no-carb no-fat fad diets - they aint gonna work. You’re depriving your body of the nutrients it needs and you’re hurting yourself :(
If it still doesn’t come off - maybe it doesn’t need to? What is your BMI?
