i was watching movie online.
after finishing suddenly my laptop(window xp) switch off. a blue screen appeared say that a unwanted error occured and it started restarting by itself. when it restarted the previous wallpaper vanished and blue background appeared. antivirus xp downloaded automatically and i had no clue how it happened. i have avg antivirus in my computer and it showed a trogan horse ( .bmp file in window/system 32) is detected and fixed. then i manually uninstalled antivirus xp. after some time my com trashed and repetedly the blue screen is coming up saying that a unwanted error occured and if this is the first time…… and trying to restart but nothing working. please help me guys..
