I’m drinking wine cooler…I hate beer..parrot bay!!will it help me sleep??im only drinking one bottle!!

Yeah, if you get drunk you’ll pass out, but its not good-quality sleep and you’ll wake up after a couple hours.

Oh well if you’re not planning on getting drunk then you won’t pass out and then there’s really no point.

no, not healthy sleep.
best to try calcium with magnesium - the magnesium will make you sleepy plus healthy. it may make you little sleepy but …not the best sleep that way.

ok well i know a guy that drinks to sleep, i dont think he passes out though.

he has insomnia pretty bad he said, so thats why.
nothing else works for him

i dont know what gaia is.
all i know is this:
have had sleep problems my whole life.
have taken every single prescription, non prescription , over the counter drug in the world over years.
they all whack you out one way and dont feel so rested.
FINally cleaned up and jsut take herbs/the calcium/magnesium is what helps the most. not even melatonin for me.
get GOOOD sound sleep and wake up RESted.
the REst: just junk, ****** up your brain/liver/you name it…..
thats my experience anyway.

thanks for all who helped me…and i don’t know if it helped me sleep or not..but i did get a good night sleep..

last time i had drink half a bottle i felt dizzy and that made me fall asleep..
