Does anybody have a program to create sims (Sims 2) with specific faces (Like a sim that looks exactly like me) ?

I want to create my family on Sims yet I cannot get their exact face! I have heard of programs allowing you to do this if you have the person’s photo, yet I can’t find any online. Help, please??

AH! It was actually looking REALLY cool, until I noticed it was $20. If anyone knows of something absolutly 100% free, please tell me!!!
