Is this just a glitch on Help?

When I subscribed to Help.com, they didn’t ask for me to put a password. Now whenever I try to log on, it says my password is wrong. So I have to get the link sent to my email to log on. I have to do that EVERY time. But I need a password. I’m just worried about people hacking into my account and getting my account frozen!!!

But what do I do?!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?

Help is so GREATLY appreciated !! D:

Thank you,
~Elyak

Go to Account Admin, and click settings. It will allow you to setup a password there.
