a friend of mine has avast anti virus on her pc ,itwas

working fine ,but now it locks up and she cant unistall it either any ideas of how to fix this

Your required to register it after 30 days then its free for the next year. Then all you have to do is register it once a year to get all of the updates. When the sign pop ups asking to register do it then once done look in your mail and get the code and install it. Thats it done. Hope this helps :-)
