I don’t think there is. I try to get up in the morning and feel as positive as I can (which is easier some days than others, prozac helps) and don’t look for problems where there may not be any.

I don’t believe so. Things tend to impossible to “guarantee” unless your talking about something that’s already happened. As in, I can guarantee I had cereal this morning.

why put that much pressure on your day? if you try to guarantee that it will be a good day, even stubbing your toe could ‘ruin’ it. Just my opinion, but just maybe take things as the come, you might have a better day than you expected.

Take everything that happens and look on it with a good view. Did your hairbrush break? Well, this way you get to go get a new one you know you’ve wanted one for awhile. Did you stub your toe? Well now you’ll remember to actually move the chair out of the way this time and heck you’ve wanted to redecorate so while you’re at it…It’s easy once you get the hang of it :).

Attitude attitude attitude. wake up, think of someone or something you love, jump out of bed ready to take on the world. There will always be times when you day takes a turn for the worse, and you cant change that, but a good attitude will turn a mediochre day in a good one.

I think Indigo_Rain and dengeonmunky have it exactly right! If you decide a day is going to be good, chances are it will be. I have days where I just wake up happy, and I will turn anythng negative into a positive. Missed my college bus? Well it gives a funny story to tell when I get there. Got soaked? Well I’ll dry, again gives me a funny story to amuse other people with!

I beleive being able to laugh at yourself is one of the firm foundations of gauranteeing a good day, come what may!

The cosmic fool is correct! If you can laugh at yourself, it’s hard to go wrong!

I just wake up to one of my fav songs. Then if I have time, I read some from a good, up beat, book. Then, during the day, I make sure to spend some time with friends, then a little to myself. That will aleast make a normal day a good, or even great, day.
