Slim body but then thighs too muscley

What should I do/not do at the gym and stuff? Should I dance? Do yoga? Walk? Run?
I do excercise but don’t want thighs like this, how can I change them to be more feminine?

Sorrieee =$
Yeah it looks bad. I used to be thinner though, like too thin. So I gained weight, and got fatter, so excercised and got healthier, and most of me got nicer, just my thighs are annoying me. It takes a lot to be saying this, before this I would just be complaining how I hate ALL of it. But seriously they look massive.
Ummm

swimming? not do steppers or hills? how abouttt ummm … oh ok theres not really much help here… no offence, just no-one’s come who knows that stuff

Do squats and lounges also eat less dairy and or carbs. When ever you gain weight you usually gain it in a particular spot faster than anyother. So when you eat unhealthy or dont exercise you tend to gain weight in that area first.

Sorry, nothings wrong with pilates… dunno should I get a PilatesDVD? I don’t even know wht u do in it! Hmm stretches and stuff I finks… sounds ok

Why less dairy? Dairy dairy dairy = good bones. I need healthy bones.

Dairy dairy dairy also packs on the pounds. You can drink milk (skim or soy) and cheese but not on a regular basis unless you are working those calories off. I have a pilates video so i didnt have problems doing it while in college (they had a class at the school gym and i loved it, i also did yoga). Yoga is good for the soul and body. It helps with balance, it soothes you :), and you get lean by toning up at the same time. Its hard at first (pilates and yoga) but once you get the hang of it you will weep the benefits which are GREAT trust me.

It’s mostly muscle, huh? What’s your 5 km run time like?

If you can’t run 5 km, your thighs aren’t mostly muscle. If you’re “skinny” everywhere else and have überpowerful thighs like Ahnold, you either intentionally built them up like that with squats and pistols and things, or you’re full of it.

Sorry, honey, but I already answered your dumb *** question elsewhere. Read what other people wrote and stop being in denial.

They are mostly muscle, I probably ‘intentionally’ built them but I didn’t mean to!!!! It was to tone them. That sounds stupid. I LOOK STUPID. mmmmeeeehhhhhhh

i have that problem too, i’ve been playing basketball since i was little and over the years my strength training has made my thighs ENOURMOUS. i love the rest of my body, but the thighs do look disproportional, and excersizing more just makes it worse :[
