Is he avioding me or not?

?? idk well here is a short verison of my story… he was a coworker and we became really close and we would talk non stop at work. at that time we were both with other people so i never really tried anything with him but later i started having problems with my bf…he was always there for me to talk about things. later we both became single and thats when i felt things for him…everytime i would talk/see him it would feel like nothing before. we still hadnt hung out outta work so one night we went out to drink and that night everything got out. he would already be flirting before but we both opened up that night and basically i told him i liked him and he was differnt from others guys. he told me back “im interested but wanna get to know u more”. we made out that night and sleep together without nothing…he was just romantic even though we were drunk lol. later at work he told me he didnt remember anything and since i didnt want it to be awarkward either… i told him i didnt remember either…i lied i remembered everything. after that we began talking on the phone more and we got closer. he told other coworkers that he did remember what happened that night but didnt wanna say the truth cuz he thought I didnt remember!! lol sooo that subject ended and lil things he did would hint that he was interested…plus our 4 hour long conversations about each other made me think. i got moved to another area at my job so we didnt see each other anymore but we would still call and text each other all the time. but he always make plans with me and then they would never happen. people told me that he doesnt want to fall in love but why does he go out of his way to ask me out then when that day comes he tells me hes busy???? i havnt talked to him in a week now cuz hes been doing this alot and i seriously want him to be real with me and tell me whats up but he hasnt bothered to call me either sooo idk if hes just still shy and playing hard to get or is he avoiding me…??? HELP lol..
