HELP, screwed-up Mac!

My computer is reading to me suddenly. When I click on a folder, it puts a black line around it and then starts telling me all about it in some Czechoslovakian voice. I ran MacJanitor but it didn’t help. Mac guys & gals, I need help!!!!!!

No, it’s not a virus, and I’m not a “dude.”

Sys Preferences -> Universal Access -> Zoom Options -> uncheck ‘Show preview rectangle when zoomed out.”

Plus, somehow VoiceOver got turned on, possibly when I hit Command F5 recently for some unremembered reason.
