question help: I hate this.

I hate this.

I know I’ve been here not that long, and I have like 10297294 posts in my name. Yes, some of them I’m just bored…asking questions about my Sims 2 game, which sometimes I really need help on. But there are other people who have more serious issues. Yes, I wish you people would answer my questions, but there are more serious posts out there with people who need SERIOUS HELP. And then there are other people out there who post sh*t and they get all the answers!! Why is this? Why do the posts that are just simply worthless get all the answers? Most of them are just attention seeking. Even the people who put posts about nothing get all the replies. (Literally. name of topic: “a post about nothing”) Please tell me, why is this?

Your saying your posts don’t get answered? I can’t speak for everyone, but I personally know nothing about Sims 2, I’m old school when it comes to games.
The thing is with some posts, it might eb attention seeking, but it might be a cry for help. When there are people contemplating suicide and self harming, you can’t just ignore them.
Its not that your posts aren’t important, just some people need the help more. And some threads, the pointless ones, can really pick you up when you feel down, hint the replies they get.

I’m saying that the ones that are talking about suicide are the MOST important. But the ones who go “i think i might be gay for my dad” or whatever…and then they admit that they were just joking, THOSE are the posts I’m saying are useless. Some people just abuse this site!

yes…
a lot of people do all in there power to get attention, and the net is a great way to talk to someone.
i think alot of them are lonely, or dont get any attention from their family and friends, so then they have to get heaps from the net to make up for it….. so therefore they write really stupid posts.

I guess just read those posts and laugh, not much else to do. But I agree abusing this site isn’t nice for those that need genuine help!
