well you know that you are underweight. maybe it’s because you have no muscle tone? you should probably eat more protein and do some toning so you are more toned and not “jiggly”….which is flesh and mush…not lard.

Maybe you should go talk to your doctor. They can help you figure out how to feel better about your body, get strong, be the size you want to be, but be healthy, which is obviously the most important thing. Doctors are useful like that. Lots of smarts, knowledge, book learning, people skills. If you don’t like your doctor, or they don’t help you, get another one!
But you gotta be healthy first hunny, and health has nothing to do with what you weigh. It has to do with how you treat your body, how fit you are, and whether you’re getting the things you need to keep yourself going. A doctor can set you up with some help.

and exercise, at first its really painful… im 15 and
im skinny too, but its alot of muscle. i dont care what
i look like as long as i am healthy because thats all that

i’m trying to not do that anymore. my immune system must be top notch because i’m planning to go to ghana in a couple of months (and dont want my vaccinations to kill me).
last time my weight was this low was four years ago (at 16) and i felt so thin.
now i’m just screwy.
it’s such a battle in my brain though… “to eat, or not to eat? maybe i’ll just have a pickle. no, water is just fine.”
dont think eat. as soon as you start to feel
alittle hungry EAT! and never just eat one tiny
thing.

and i’ve lost at LEAST 20lbs this way.. it get’s a little addictive. isnt that awful?

gaining that 20lbs back freaks me out.
i would never let myself gain more than 8 back.
when i weighed 117 i’ve never felt more disgusting
…i do eat a lot of oranges and oatmeal though.
that’s weird thera… i looked up my bmi online the other day and i got the same. but a couple of weeks ago i went to a nutritional store and got my weight, muscle mass, and body fat % tested on this machine, and (at 101lbs at the time) it showed to be only 15.5% bmi.

Theres nothing i can really tell you, Like this in this reply respond w/e format that will really do anything. You should seek professional help or even my screen name. As much as i love helpdotcom it really has something to be desired when it comes to helping people with real problems.
i know. i realize that no one can physically help me with this here, but it’s good to be able to let out my frustrations once and awhile, you know?

I use to have the same problem. But I learned that the problem is in our vision, we don’t see our self right. What helped me is, when I was out with friends, I used to ask them all the time how do I look comparing to other woman, again and again and again, and that helped me to start getting an idea of how do I really look, because intellectually, I knew I was underweight, but I didn’t feel like that; so when they told me all the time, that comparing to somebody extremely skinny, I’m even skinnier, I started to get it… Plus, after putting some weight, every body keeps telling me that I look much better and SEXIER!!!
