To do it american style you take the woman out to eat. Compliment her appearance. Discuss yourself but not egotistically. Ask her about herself and her life. Listen attentively and ask polite questions.You pay for the meal. Do this three seperate times. Then you get to kiss her at her door when you drop her off at her house.. After that I have no idea.
