Motorola tracfone help.

i recently bought a tracfone, one of those cell phones that u pay for as u go. i want to get a ringtone on it from a website called makeownringtone.com. what format of sound does this cell phone support for ringtones? and does it cost any minutes/units to send it to my phone or download it from my phone?
