if you don’t want to use whitening toothpaste, gel or strips - all of which you should be able to buy in the supermarket - try sprinkling a little baking soda in your toothpaste. you could also put a few drops of peroxide in water and gargle.

Fossing can help, as can mouthwash. My teeth are generally fine, I brush twice a day, morning and evening. I think some dentists advice against brushing right after meals, so might be best to wait a little while before brushing.
Also make sure to brush vigourously (not enough to cause harm though!), and for at least a few minutes each time.

Any brand is good, as long as it isn’t cheap and nasty. I personaly use Colgate Mint flavour. Doesn’t tale amazing but gets the job done!

something my mom and I actually do is mash a strawberry and baking soda together, use it, and then brush with toothpaste again after. It’s seeming to work.. but you really should only do it once a week, otherwise it will wear away your gum line
