go to a verizon store or call, and they should be able to tell you. and theyll be able to tell you when you get to upgrade your phone too

dial 611 from your phone, talk to an operator and they will tell you all the information you need to know.. also.. being that im an ex operator for a cell phone company.. be sure that your contract is up.. and you will be eligible for a free phone.. but this will make your contract go to 2 more years.. however.. usually they have crappy phones..

in order to get a really good phone.. find out what phones are qualifying for you for free… if they suck.. then tell them you want to cancel your plan… this will force them to send you to retention.. in which you will be able to be talked into staying with them with a better offer on a free phone…
