Head help: Medical help, two bumps on the back of my head. - Help.com

Medical help, two bumps on the back of my head.

They are a on the back of my head, close to my neck, but really on my head. They are almost symmetrical, and don’t hurt or anything to touch. I am also getting these things on my head, maybe three of them scattered on my calp that itch. What is this, and do u have the bumps, look for them. If not please what do I have?
