world help: HELP! - Help.com

HELP!

Okay it gives me this message every time i open my safari can anyone please help me it hase something to do with Adobe Flash player and it says i dont have a plug-in and its really bothering me and i cant even watch youtube videos… please can u help me get rid of this problem?
