What is the coolest, unique local place you’d send out-of-town visitors to?

Wherever you live. Nowadays, you have to hunt to find anything but the same old chains and look-a-like megashops wherever you go. And the places that are unique to the area are usually crowded with tourists and commercialized. So, where is, in your opinion, the coolest, weirdest, most quintessentially your home town spot to visit? I’m just curious.

the memorial park. theres beautiful scenery, flowers, a rose garden, near an art museum, you can watch the rowers along the water and theres few people. also theres another place further away but in the same county, at the beach there’s all these little rockpools and climb over type rocks and theres never too much people there either.
