I really think i might love this guy.

He’s a grade above me but we were really really close last year. He moved to hs and got a gf. Now we barely talk anymore? I can’t stop thinking about him. I thought about him all through 8th grade even when i started to like someone else in my grade. I now don’t like the guy in my grade and i still like the older one alot alot!
I know i’m really young, but could i be in love?

It’s very unlikely, but still possible. It has happened, but like I said, unlikely. From the details given, it doesn’t sound like it, really… Sorry, that doesn’t mean it won’t happen with him someday, though. Just not yet. Give it time, and don’t let it go. Good luck.

Well, from my perspective people at our age can’t grasp the meaning of love. We have mixed emotions and they all end in broken hearts that try to mend by finding someone else. It’s called “Teenage Love” You’ll think that you love someone, but in the future when you’re married and looking back you’re just thinking “What the heck was I thinking??” Well, I can’t really say anything about the last part because I’m in 8th grade, but that’s what my grandma says :)

its not unlikely and we do know what love is and all you have to do is ask your self this if he died what would you do and you will find the answer if you love him or not
