When signing on to AOL, one screenname receives the following error “An error occurred while loading a file.

AOL will attempt to restore the file.” You can still log in but when you open the mailbox only envelopes are displayed (no subjects or senders) and you can open mail but when you do the Reply, Reply All and Forward buttons are grayed out. Other screen names on the account work normal as usual. I have been unable to find any information regarding how to fix this! I tried system restore to several days before it began with no luck. It started with AOL 9.0 Security Edition so I tried upgrading to AOL 9.1 but that also did not work.

My a ol stars up automatically when i turn my pc on. i dont want that.
