I have adobe starter photoshop, have used it for sometime,

it now will not load, need help to get it back has some 3 years of photo’s in this program

if u have just reinstall it, if not try turnin firewall of as after some updates it is nown for certain firewalls to block random things, if it has then u nneed 2 configure ur firewall to allow access. or u can try a system restore
