I was supposed to hang out with my best friend today.

We talked about her spending the night tonight yesterday, and I hadn’t heard from her all day. I just knew that she was hanging out with her boyfriend today. I finally got ahold of her at 8 and she said she was at his house and she would probably come over around 10:30. I thought that we were actually gonna do something tonight and she would be over around 7, guess not. Now I get to sit here for 2 hours bored out of my mind while she hangs out with her boyfriend. I dunno I just feel like she’s been spending too much time with her boyfriend. Chicks before dicks, right?

people get caught up in love, and their friends sometimes get pushed to the back of their head. Don’t take it personally, your friend probably doesn’t even know that what she’s doing is insensitive. When she comes over, tell her that you love her too, and that you’re feeling neglected because of all the time she’s spending with him…
