We use ComCast as our internet access via cable.

My tab for aol reads “Screen Name Error” instead of aol.com. I need to know if this my problem or is it a problem at aol. My computer was recently updated with personal software and the browser was cleared. Currently I am unable to access aol.com and the message I get says something like “The service you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable - Please try your request again”. “Again” is in blue print and underlined.
