customer service is going down the drain.

no one wants to provide a human being to answer. very frustrating. i’m trying to figure out what the incoming and outgoing server ID’s are so my husband can use Microsoft Mail.

You can usually find that out on your ISP’s web site. Search for POP server and SMTP server.

I could not agree with you more. I hate getting put through to automated voice activated robots, or even worse, someone who has a poor grasp of English where I cannot understand their accent and they struggle with my broad Scottish brogue.
