I’m not sure that the website i’ve had trouble with is illegal but I know it’s a rip-off.

Their name is Ringaza and they will send you a text message and then when you open it, they charge you ten dollars for ringtones that you never ordered. If you’re not careful, they’ll keep charging you and you can’t contact anyone to get a refund or to ask for help.

Report it to the Better Business Bureau http://welcome.bbb.org/ and you can look and see if it’s received other reports there as well.

All great suggestions thanks! I did talk to my service provider but they can’t seem to reach the people either.
I wish I could not pay but my phone is prepaid so it comes off automatically.

Yes, call your service provider and explain the problem. You don’t have to pay for services you did not ordered or got! If you are with a huge company like verizon, cricket, att, etc., they usually help you out and block them from your phone! Don’t delay!
