what is a good way 2 lose about 10 lbs.?

i exercise but i never lose any weight. help!
Well then maybe you don’t need to lose weight? Do you eat healthily?
excercise more? its not an instantaneous thing
eat yogurt with honey for breakfast, a salad a lunch and then yorgurt with a friut or veggie for dinner. two snacks a day would be veggies or fruit. dont eat after 7 30 pm and if you are going to have any kind of carb, do it before 5pm. do a lot of cardio, the excersise all depends on where you are trying to loose waight, but lifting weights helps speed up your metabalism.
i guess….i like fruits and vegetables
you cant go on eating like this forever though, so change up the diets as you go do this for two weeks and change it up

i receantly had a baby and i was 13stone after,in march 08
when i left hospital i made my own diet and i now weigh 9 1/2stone
breakfast- cereal or brown toast & poached egg
lunch soup & brown bread
dnner- steamed chicken 2 scoupes of mash & veg / steamed chops 2 scoupes of mash & veg
tea fruit
30 mins exercise per day
try to excerise three times a week and an hour of walking everyday
The south beach diet works to lose weight quickly…but you have to stay on the program or it will all come back. A friend of mine swears by the hollywood diet (sold at rite-aid) I have never tried it but she does it every time she feels the buldge is coming back.
have you ever gotten your thyroid levels checked??? Low thyroid will make it hard to loose weight!
Carbs are very vitol to your diet. It provides the fiber we need. The bad carbs are the ones to avoid. Eat wheat but whole grain is the way to go!
