19 months i never go anywhere and im getting sick of sitting at home any ideas how 2 chear me up

Find some people in a similar situation, rely on those you can trust to help

Do some yoga

Platapi have 9hours of REM sleep (when we dream) whereas we only have 3hrs - must be why they are so cool!!

Maybe a play froup for your friends or something so you can meet other moms

take your kids to a park with you or somewhere nice…shopping? lol…or find a hobby with or without them…hey i know some local grocerie stores have free baby sitting while you shop, so you could have fun grocerie shopping! haha…sorry. Good Luck! I hope you feel better!
