Family help: Sims 2 game help! - Help.com

Hey Anon–how did you get to the lot? By cab or by driving? Because to get away from the community lot, you have to return home.
That way it should clear the game so that when you restart, it should be at your home place.

I drove to that business lot of mine. I was running the business there and i was using the cheats…somehow an error occured and my sims disappeared. when my sims disappeared, i can’t control anything anymore. I can’t return home bec of this. WHen i click on that family, it’ll bring me back to this empty lot

Oh your SIMS disappeared? I thought that the LOT disappeared.
Have you restarted the game without saving?

The problem is i saved the game. So when i try to play that family again, it’ll always bring me back to that lot which ive saved my game at. THe prob is that there is no one on that lot and i can’t control anything. It’ll be in the buy mode and not active mode.

Sheesh, my roomie just told me that his hung up like this after using some cheats. He had to just delete the entire game and start all over again. WOw. Hope you hadn’t been playing this game too long. Maybe someone else will have some ideas. I hope so.
