well, hey- im not actually sure that i can help you unless you mean medical schools, so ill just go ahead and list some of the best.

harvard, yale, stanford, johns hopkins, duke, university of pennsylvania, university of michigan at ann arbor, columbia university, northwestern university, and washington university in ****. louis. hope this helps!
