Okay so i went to this party last night..

I feel like everyone is always talking about me or like “omg what a loser” type thing.
I feel like I am like the ugly one at partys. My friends tell me i am an attractive person and at times i think so myself but i just feel sooo horrible about my self when im around others. and i also feel like all guys try to stay away from me.

maybe im just paranoid.
but help me! i dont want to feel like this.

I know how that is, definitely. But try not to care, and just do what you want, and have fun :D

it’s true. im not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but you’re constantly projecting what you’re thinking and feeling to everyone. people generally pick up on this on some subconscious level.

next party: chill out, let loose, radiate happiness and confidence. be yourself as best as you can. if the guys dont like you for that, screw ‘em- it prolly just means you’re not compatible and you wouldnt like them very much either.

when you were a younger one of the most amazing people to walk this planet, fred rogers, prolly told you that there’s “only one person in this world like you. you. and people *can* like you *exactly* as you are.” yeah, it might be a little corny, but it’s more true than you’ll know for a long time. good luck.

If you just look like you’re confident then no one will notice your flaws

I know what you mean. You should deff just try to act confidant though, that’s half the battle. People will react differently to you and that confidence will become real. Trust me.
