dont look a guy directly in the eye if you know thats gonna intimidate you, find something to look at which will give him the impression that you looking into his eyes, like his hairline for instance. ask questions, its the easiest way to open up a conversation, then when he gives you an answer relate to it, tell him your point of view… you’ll see that as soon as the channels of communication open up you’ll feel more comfortable to open up to him
