Desperate HouseWives Rocks! I just bought that game the other day and I love it soooo much. You should try it.

Civilisation 4 - Great strategy game. Easy to learn - hard to master and great for exersisisng the melgomaniac in us all! Oblivion - Great RPG. In depth and beutifuly created world. Get a good PC and turn up all the graphics options and at some points it goes beyond a game into art. Any of the silent hill series or Call of Cthullu game - great horror - spine tingling and creepy shot through with claustrophobic terror. Just don’t play them at night….. Dreamfall series - truly great puzzle action/adventure game - a sort of strange Tad Williams/Cyberpunk/William Gibson story.

Flight Simulator and Combat Flight Simulator can be good, Lock On is good, and also S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, that’s really good, most RTS games are generally good for lasting a decent time, the Command and Conquer series is good, and so are the older Age of Empires titles are good too. Roller Coaster Tycoon is a good one but I’d have thought you’d have tried that, the Battlefield games, but again, you may well have tried them.
The best thing to do in my opinion, is to have a good look online, there are alot of mods around for games which can give you a whole new angle of gameplay. I recommend the Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2, it seriously kicks ***, its a shame it has such a low profile, although it has quite a big learning curve. But you get hours of online play and the mod development team are always adding huge new maps and features, and since many of their staff are in the real US Army and British Army, among other real militaries, you definitely get the most realistic gameplay available.
So thats my big recommendation, modding, and BF2 with the PR mod (google: project reality battlefield 2).

Il try Civilisations 4 and others you recommended.Oblivion goes full graphics on my comp I played the game for like a year and I know everything in Oblivion.Just ask me any quest in the game I can tell you what to do.And I do mod games a LOT.Thank guys Il try something.

Left 4 dead 2 all the way. i play it for the xbox 360 but they have it for the pc as well.
