Maximo Park (a big fave of mine)

Wow. I love maximo park, no one has ever heard of them. Hey do you have any songs by them. cause I would love em. I only have apply some pressure cause I can never fine any.

Check out http://last.fm/ or http://pandora.com/ for some great websites for recommending artists based on what you like.

Tori Amos is my favorite artist right now, but for something a bit more ‘rock’ that you probably havn’t heard of before, try Paradise Lost, Pitchshifter, and Therapy. 3 great bands, your bound to love at least one of them!

Yeah fairy pants is right. I really wouldn’t consider them as alternative rock. They aren’t terrible though.
