Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
what’s wrong with it?
You should try looking for the external drive on your desktop, it should show up there if it doesn’t immediately pop up on your screen.
it doesnt come up as a folder to dave music to, when Iam downloading
ill list problems
USB connection too slow
USB connection faulty
Uploading wrong files
Battery power
Battery
If it doesnt come up as a folder, then it is one of the above, probably
could it be my mp3 player?
probably. could be a faulty connection IN the mp3 player
if this is the case, get a refund and exchange for a different one. try the mp3 connection in another computer, if that doesnt work, then it is the mp3 player. if it works, its your computer
I think its my player but i use public computers and I dont want to spend the money if its the computers here
PUBLIC COMPUTERS! d’oh
Public computers like to block USB access, because they dont want file transferring. It is the same for pretty much most public domains and servers
but it use to download then suddelny stopped
and when did it ‘used to download’
like three weeks ago, then it stopped appearing on the window where you choose a folder to save to.
methinks its the public domain has noticed and stopped you from transerring, or like i said, its a computer problem
try if u can to use someone elses computer and attempt one file transfer. if it doesnt work, its the mp3 player or the computer server
what if I just buy a new mp3 player?
could do the trick
o
just refund your old one, if the new one doesnt work, its the servers. That is final from me.
