Could be caused by a lot of things:
Not eating right
Not enough sleep
Getting up from laying/sitting down too fast
Illergic reaction to something

Those are only the more practical things that I could think of off the top of my head if it’s happening all of the sudden

crikey, do u think its something bad, i have been under an absolutely enomous amout of stress not eating normally and not sleeping proparly could it be that?

are you taking any drugs, are you prone to dizziness, are you a diabetic, how is you medical history, have you ever had a head ijury, it could probably be vertigo. I would diffently go and get an MRI done

Yeah, just go to the doctor. Try to eat better in the meantime, and maybe lay off the sugar. It sounds like it could be a blood sugar thing. That can actually make a person faint. The twitching should be factored in though. You’ll probably be all right. Sleep, drink water, eat … :) That’s wot I think.
