My name is Sarah and I am in search for an attorney who will get paid when I get paid.
I am wanting to sue the states of Kansas and Missouri for Neglect and Theft, along with Slander. Because I refused welfare my first husband still owes me $40,000.00 in back child support the states of Kansas and Missouri neglected to collect. When I divorrced my second spouse he took the kids for a time because of my work hours, I paid support. He then brought them to me, I did not ask for support, later our son went with him, I continued to raise our daughter. Then without my knowledge or consent he put my son on Tanif. The state of Missouri tried to get back child support, in July 2007the judge told them no. I did not owe anything even my ex spouse was there on my behalf. Now the welfare people have gone back and overturned it and are garnishing me for $800.00 and it has mared my credit. Despite the fact that I never owed in the first place, I have cancelled checks to prove I have given $ to my ex to help him out, he has never done so for me. And I had offered insurance through my emloyer to my ex for our son, he denied saying he had it covered. I was never told about any of this till a couple of years ago when this began.
