I suffer from PTSD. Went to alot of therapy, have good and supportive friends. After a while life just adjusts to it.

ptsd is a stress disorder right?
so what do you take for your illness fuh-q? and does it help you?
i dont take any meds, i refuse to.
i just go to therapy twice a week.
sometimes it helps so i can vent to someone but then there are other times when i just lose it.
i feel if i take meds then im a freak like i cant go through a normal day without taking a pill first.
its just not for me.
if i don’t take meds i go off the deep end.
