Need help to loose weight.
Heres the story.
I have always been a big person i was born a large baby and have been ever since.
Although i did do allot of comfort eating.
I stopped smoking 3 years ago and in 2 months after stopping smoking i had put on 6 stone (yeah its bad) as i eat to stop smoking because i was worried how far i was going to go i started again after 2 months.
Im no classed as obsese on a body mass index calculator.
I have tried diet programs, Purchase many excersise equipments.
Tryed dieting allot but i always seem to given as i have no confidence in myself and when i see how bad i am it puts me off to even thing of changing many times i have had boxs of tablets in front of me but never gone that far.
I enjoy life when im out but when im out im drinking 50+units of alchohol when im not out i just feel low.
How can i get the willpower to loose weight and fast i want to loose about a lb a day otherwise i would just see myself as a failure.
I have tried walking but i have problems very sharp pains in my legs when i walk more than 10 minutes or so i also have back problems really need to sort my life out.
can you advise?
