I am a single mother of 2 beautiful kids that I’ll give my life for…
I have recently fallen behind on my bills due to medical emergencies that I had with myself and my kids that have caused me to lose time at work…At this moment I am about to be evicted from my home because I owe $1,267.. I have no where to go unless I put myself and my kids in a shelter since I have no family here…I am also about to lose my car which I am behind a month owing just $300.00 and where I live without a car there is no way to get around… There are more bills I owe but my belief is that as long as my kids have a roof over their head and I have a car to get to work then I am good….
It is hard for me to ask for help cause usually I am the one helping ….For my children I am willing to do anything but really don’t want to go that route…
I am also worried that with school starting next month I will not have the funds to buy cloths for my kids since I am trying to catch up on my bills…
Don’t get me wrong I am taking steps to better my life…My job gave me the opportunity to study to be a Licensed Life and Health Ins. Agent and I will be making 12 dollars an hour if I pass that course but that will be in SEPT. and I can’t wait that long to put my bills to date…. I recently returned to work and my first check was last week and I did use that to pay part of my rent that was behind, the amount that I listed above is what’s left to pay…
ANY help that anyone can provide will be a BLESSING…I don’t want my kids to lose their home cause I know how that feels…I try to smile to not cry in front of them but it’s hard….. I have alot of respect for single mothers cause I know it’s not easy…We work and pay for everything and yet the Government does not help and if we do get help they want to take more then half the money we make yet treat us as if we are beggars..If they would let us keep our money maybe we wouldn’t need to depend on Government assistance…..
