female help: Legs, muscles, no more. - Help.com

Legs, muscles, no more.

OK, so I’ve been going to the gym, doing cardio and weights.
But I’ve got enough muscles in my legs now [perhaps too much!] X[
How can I make sure they don’t get any more muscley at least?

Should I still do any leg weights?

Thanks x [I’m female]

Don’t work out your legs. I mean, occasionally work them out, but do several reps with SMALL amounts of weight as opposed to a few with a lot of weight. Doing several reps with only a little bit of weight will keep your muscle toned without gaining too much more. Chances are you’ll still gain a little bit, but not a lot if you just keep them toned.

Thanks. If people stop doing weights, what would happen?
I’m not planning to do… well I don’t know what I’m planning, I’m asking questions
But anybody know?

I’m definatly still doing arms though.
