have you thought about editing the post and just deleting it completely… (the post of what they wrote?)
Thing is - that is something we do all the time when we have no Mods - it really is time that this responsibility was place squarely in their hands. Much as I love them - it’s their job and they can see stuff behind the scenes that we cannot.
They ultimately should be doing this for us.
understandable.. but even if you delete the words from the post.. the mods can still go and check out what the post said.. and yes.. you are right.. it is their job to keep this place under control.. and it sucks when there is not one of them online when you need them…
but in order to help others to not fall into the hoax.. maybe until we can get someone… it would be best to just delete it for now..

Umm… why don’t you just use your mouse and move your cursor to the upper right hand corner where there is probably an ‘x’ that you can click and then “that piece of garbage” will be out of your sight and you can sleep :) In the morning maybe things will be better
