I am no longer overweight!

!!

It’s taken 6 months, but I finally have a healthy BMI. Just in time for a trip I’m taking!!! Heck. Yes.

I just sort of put my mind to it. I know, that’s not helpful.

Um, calorie counting helps. A food journal is pretty much the most effective tool you can use. I never had the attention span to write it down, but I kept a mental list I would go over a little obsessively.

I hate exercising, but I found that walking was pretty bare able. Also, just dancing to some upbeat music in my bedroom. Just making yourself dance for a whole CD or playlist, it works!

And cutting down portions! 2 oreos is just a hundred odd calories. 20 oreos is over a 1000 calories. It’s a big difference.

Yea, I love sugar… I am cutting it though. Thanks for the advice! I will get to the Journal tommarow, I have a notebook already, so it should be okay. I have a 3 year old son, he keeps me pretty busy, so I can dance or learn Para Para at night too! I need to loose, I get leg cramps alot, and I would like to one day see my knees while standing up. Thank you! And Congrats on loosing! :D!
